| Our Equipements |
From a personal design, the CNC has 5 feet by 10 feet of cutting space and uses a 4HP router
without tool changer. Linear guides of 35mm and 25mm are used to obtain high accuracy in
conjuction with the rack and pinions needed to travel on a great distance. Judicious use of
micro-steps (1/8) allows high accuracy without sacrificing too much cutting speed.
A 4th axis with a 14 inches diameter and 10 feet long is planned to shape turned wood.

The approach goes from needs definition, 2D/3D design, Tool paths definition,
to parts production, followed by the approval of the client.
